This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, in all respects, including as to validity, interpretation and effect, without giving effect to its principles or rules of conflict of laws, to the extent such principles or rules are not mandatorily applicable by statute and would permit or require the Applications of the laws of another jurisdiction.

10.2. The User is entirely responsible to ensure that it is authorized to access the Website and any third-party links from this Website.

10.3.
